My lovely and Respectable Customers to be;
I like the field of Culinary Arts since from the age ,when I was 25 years old but I had nobody to guide me where to learn or modify my cooking skills to cook properly in the future ,four years later I got married ,did job in different companies and in different places in Karachi I become dishearten migrated to Lahore ,Struggle continued in Lahore as well didn’t found my desiring field ,at the same time I was also continuing my Graduation (BBA) from VU Virtual University of Pakistan I was studying with a teacher, I made Biryani the same day ,I offered Biryani to my Teacher as well, I told my teacher earlier that I cook very well, when he tasted my Biryani he just got amazed and he said Hakam , brother what are you doing here ,Why don't you do a 9 month Diploma Course in Culinary Arts ,he said they will polish and convert your all Cooking skills to a Professional Chef ,So I took the final decision and started the diploma course ,I really worked very hard to achieve better results, I did three months Internship from a well known established company and decided to start my own business with my Best Friend Raheem, and here I am now to PROVE myself to the WORLD.
